These pre-orders are being offered in line with the terms below. Please read ALL the information below before adding to cart and completing checkout:
- These Hoodies are pre-order items which means they are currently in production and will not be in stock or on general sale until July 5th
- Pre-order for collection at the July National Finals in The Watershed Kilkenny before 3pm on Saturday July 5th or Sunday July 6th only. Choose 'Collection in Kilkenny before 3pm on July 5th or July 6th' as the shipping method at checkout
- To collect your order, you will need your 4 digit order number which can be found on your order confirmation email. Order confirmation emails are automatically sent when checkout is completed. Please note if you use a work or company email address at checkout, the settings on that work/company email address may block your order confirmation email from reaching you
- Pre-order for postal delivery. Choose 'Standard Postage' as the shipping method at checkout. If you pre-order for postal delivery, your order will be dispatched during the week starting July 7th - you will NOT have your order before the July National Finals weekend if you choose 'Standard Postage'

Pre-orders for these hoodies close on Tuesday, July 1st, at 10pm. Please note that this deadline is subject to change and may be brought forward
- UPDATE 22/6: The pre-order deadline for these hoodies has been brought forward to 10pm on Wednesday June 25th. After this deadline the hoodies will only be available to buy in person at the finals in Kilkenny
- €40: Age 7-8 and Age 9-11; €45: Age 12-13 up
- These hoodies will be on general sale at the July National Finals in The Watershed Kilkenny on July 5th & 6th however availability of colours and sizes cannot be guaranteed
- Individual personalisation is not available for these hoodies
- Any size/colour showing as unavailable is not being made
- This hoodie will have a back print on it that includes the year and the individual names of the finalists competing on July 5th and July 6th in the national finals for Swimming, Quiz, Chess, Draughts, Gymnastics. Team or area names will not be included
- KB Leisurewear do not compile the list of names for the back print so we do not require you to submit individual names when placing an order. Names are as provided to us by Community Games, and KB Leisurewear are not responsible for any errors or omissions. KB Leisurewear cannot make any changes to these names, or check the list or the back print for individual names prior to purchase
- If you are ordering for collection, please check the names back print on collection and before you leave the venue. If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please have them check the names back print before leaving the venue. Any returns after leaving the venue are at the buyers expense

- Free Community Games Gym Bag (while stocks last) will be automatically included with each July National Finals 2025 Hoodie pre-ordered online. Do not add the Gym Bag to cart or you will be charged for it
- Sizing consistent with previous years. See Size Guide link on this page for measurements. See also here for help on getting the right size
- No hoodie strings on sizes up to and including Age 12-13 to comply with EU regulations
- Visuals are meant as a guide and there may be changes to the final finished product. Colour of names back print will also vary. Photos (to follow) are of samples, and there may have been subsequent changes to the final finished product
- 65% cotton, 35% polyester
